Cancellation Policy

All clients must book online pay $20 booking fees. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 1 per booking. Limit 1 per visit. Not valid with insurance. Must sign waiver. Not valid with other offers or promotions. Consultation required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided. All no show, reschedule, or cancelation will be charged $20 booking fee and need pay new book fee for next booking. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Groupon price). Limit 1 per person.
